These are confusing times in our country. An argument said about millennials is that they are too often entitled, opinionated, have trouble working as a team, and waiting their turns for promotions in regular bureaucracies. If that if partially true, it could explain why so many young people are having trouble accepting the honestly shocking election of President-Elect Trump. That many adults are having the same problem more predictably relates to grief relating to accepting a huge unexpected political loss taken very personally. Regardless of the cause, as legitimate as one might have, President Ronald Reagan noted the differences between political parties were small in a democracy as compared to totalitarian states where the only way is that of the dictator or ruling oligarchy. The responsibility of all of us is to try to make our president be successful and prepare for the next election to vote if we approve or disagree of the direction of our country. I must add I am still amazed that Secretary Hillary Clinton lost the election.
